Fire-rated sealant
Fire rated sealant for construction joints and through penetrations. Prevents spread of
flames/smoke/hot gases/water. All systems rated for up to 4 hours as per ASTM E814 (UL1479)
& ASTM E1966 (UL 2079) test standards.

Flexible set and excellent freeze-thaw. Cures to an elastomeric seal suitable where dynamic movement is expected.
For interior use & paintable. Safe & easy to use for most applications; No dilution/mixing is required. Easy to apply & retrofit. Can be applied with conventional caulking gun, bulk loading gun, troweled from pail, or pumped directly from pail STC rating 51 Minimum 3-year shelf life and Intumescent.

Firestop Sealant
Firestop sealant for construction joints. Cures to elastomeric membrane seal suitable for dynamic movement areas. Prevents spread of flames/smoke/hot gas/water through joint openings.
Features
Minimum 3 Year Shelf Life and Protected in a wet stage as well as in a dry stage against mold growth with a combination of biocides. Paintable, VOC compliant, Excellent Freeze-thaw and Water based. Rated for up to 4 hrs in accordance with ASTM E1966/UL 2079 (Tests for Fire Resistance of Building Joint Systems) standards. Cycled 500 times, meeting new ASTM E 1399 standard. Tested in accordance with ASTM E 814 (UL1479) for systems up to 3 hours. Firestop Wrap Strip
Wrap Strip is a highly intumescent firestop material strip mainly for plastic & insulated pipe applications. When exposed to fire, it expands & forms a very hard char to seal the penetration stopping the passage of flames & hot gases.
