EPDM


EPDM membrane is a kind of vulcanized rubber product which compounds of Ethylene, propylene and butadiene through different process like mixing, filtering. Extrusion molding and so on, with appropriate fortifier. Filer, vulcanization, accelerant, softening agent, etc. EPDM has the characteristics of aging resistance, high and low temperature resistance, UV resistance, weather resistance, tensile strength and high elongation. It can be used in outdoor environment for long time and the theoretical service life is over 30 years. It is widely used in nuclear industry, metallurgy. One Component Polyurethane Waterproof Coating is made out of the main materials of isocyanate and polyether polyol, together with various auxiliaries and fillers by polyreaction , coating on the waterproof base layer, after chemical reaction of NCO terminal group of polyurethane prepolymer and moisture in air, it forms a jointless , flexible and strong rubber waterproof layer.



    c) White Color One Component Polyurethane Waterproof Coating

One Component Solvent-free Polyurethane Waterproof Coating is made out of the main materials of MDI-based PU prepolymer, together with various auxiliaries and fillers by polyreaction , coating on the waterproof base layer, after chemical reaction of NCO terminal group of polyurethane pre-polymer and moisture in air, it forms a joint-less , flexible and strong rubber waterproof layer.



Features

Excellent physical and mechanical properties: Composed of pure polyurethane, good rubber elasticity and resilience, high tensile strength, strong resistance to the deformation of base layer (shrinkage and cracking); Good bonding property, strong adhesion: be bonded with different base layers and directly constructed on the qualified base layers; the bonding strength is more than 1.0MPa; Good construction performance: one component, out of the box for use on-site, easy construction; brushing 2-3 times up to 1.5mm thickness, dense coating, pinhole-free, no bubbles; Excellent water and corrosion resistance: forming film by chemical reactions, water erosion resistance, corrosion resistance, mildew resistance, especially suitable for long-term soaking parts of waterproof engineering constructions; Excellent low temperature flexibility: -35 ℃ low temperature bending without cracking, suitable for low temperature waterproof engineering constructions;

Polymer cement waterproofing coating


Two components water-based waterproof coating. Component A is consisted of high quality modified acrylic emulsion and various additives. Component B is consisted of iron-rich containing and high-alumina cement. It has the outstanding acrylic ester polymer emulsion-based performance and forms membranes with high elongation rate (above 200%), weather resistance for non-permanent immersion environment.

Polyurea waterproofing coating


Spray Polyurea Elastic Coating is a double-component elastic coating which is formed by mix-spraying with component A and component B. Component A is a semi-prepolymer obtained by reaction of isocyanate and oligomer glycol or ternary alcohol; Component B consists of amino resin and hydroxyl resin,liquid amine chain extender, pigment, filler and auxiliaries. Component A and component B are sent to spray gun by a spraying equipment metering pump, after rapid mixing, to be sprayed on the surface of base, and react rapidly to form an elastic, strong and waterproofing, corrosion resistant and wear-resistant coating layer.

Cementitous Capillary Crystalline


Cementitous Capillary Crystalline Waterproof Coating is a powder rigid waterproof material consists of the base of special cement and quartz sand etc., and active chemical additive. Before application we fill water to form pulp, brushing on the concrete surface, after solidification there will be a rigid attached coating, the active chemical seep into concrete by water carrier and catalyze the silicate in the concrete to produce crystal which does not dissolve in water, this crystal stuffs the pores and blind cracks of concrete to compact the concrete, to achieve seepage resistance and waterproof purpose.

HDPE Waterproof Membrane


    a) Pre-applied HDPE Waterproof Membrane


HDPE Pre-applied Waterproofing Membrane adopts high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as the main waterproof layer, which is composed of self-adhesive layer, protective layer (for environmental change), and isolated layer.





    b) Self-adhesive HDPE Waterproof membrane


High-density Polyethylene (HDPE) Self-adhesive Waterproof Membrane is specially used in underground project, it can bond with concrete layer tightly. After Membrane bonding with concrete, water can be blocked between mem­brane and concrete, which can improve the reliability.
